First Charcuterie started with my love for making food beautiful, but somewhere along the way, I realized it was never really just about the meat and cheese.

It was about the table. The people around it. The conversations that linger a little longer. And creating something that makes an ordinary gathering feel like an occasion.

Today, First has grown beyond the board into carts, grazing tables, workshops, caviar, weddings, corporate gatherings and whatever fun idea we dream up next.

My approach is simple: good food, beautiful presentation and no boring gatherings.
